Joomla 3 nelze spustit - error

Zdravím a prosím o pomoc.
Přestal mi fungovat web.
Neudělal jsem žádný zásah.
Na stránce se objeví pouze "error".
Po zvýšení úrovně výpisu chybových hlášení se napíše toto:

Error: Failed to start application: Failed to start the session

Ty cesty úplně neodpovídají tomu co je uvedeno v configuration.php, kde je toto:

a nakonec jsem se pokusil o použití FPA a tímto prosím o radu:

Připomíná mi to chybu, 
kdy po přihlášení do administrace pomocí automatického vyplňování inputů od prohlížeče se změní nastavení domény někde v nastavení administrace
Někde jsme to kdysi řešili i zde na fóru

kontrola configuration je dobrý začátek

možná i odkaz na web?
protože  test.romankarpas.cz normálně běží

bohužel se to nepodařilo vyřešit
změnil jsem způsob logování a objevila se chybová hláška, která už se dala řešit
ukázalo se, že je chyba v databázi, a zdá se, že webhostingu něco zhavarolo, a databázi se nepodařilo obnovit ani ze záloh
